Having outgrown our Middle America roots, we arrived in NYC at the beginning of a new year- 1976. This was before the digital era, before 50 Shades of Grey. Life was simple, uncomplicated -and fun- then. Most nights, our group and entourage crossed the ‘Saturday Night Red Line,’ and had our fill of all the private parties, and clubs there were in vintage NYC. You know the ones– HellFire, Plato’s Retreat, 12 West, Xenon, Limelight, and of course, Studio 54. This collection of polaroids has its origins in love and friendship, and I hope it inspires the same around the world.
